We can transfer your
8mm, Super 8mm or 16mm home movie reels and
VHS, VHS-C, Video 8mm (analog & digital), MiniDV and BetaMax videotapes to a digital medium (DVD or USB)
so you can watch these memories with family and friends. We normally record your DVD using the 2-hour Standard Play option in order to maintain the best choice of quality, efficiency and price. For customers wishing to have their videotapes or movie reels transferred to USB, we take the DVD and put your new file on a flash drive.
Our video transfer services
cost $20 for the first tape transferred to a 2-hour DVD plus $5 for each additional tape transferred to the same 2-hour DVD. Videotapes being transferred to USB cost $6 per 30 minutes of footage, and you may supply your own USB drive free of charge or purchase one from us. For movie reels being converted to a digital format, the cost is $0.20 per foot of film. Example: a 3’’ 8mm reel holds 50’ of film, so the cost is $10.
